Are the transportation prices calculated per vehicle or person ?
All our prices are per vehicle, not per person.
Do I have to share the vehicle with somebody else ?
No, the transportation service is private.
What are the acceptable payment methods?
A Credit Card is required to confirm any reservation. Please note you have to cover full payment before your trip. If you cancel at the last moment, you will pay 100% service anyway.
Are your vehicles fully equipped?
Yes, the driver has the vehicle's first aid equipment, AC, and music.
Do I have to pay Taxes?
No, taxes are included. Please also check all our services include full coverage insurance.
Can we be picked up late midnight or early in the morning?
Yes, We work 24 hours a day and 365 a year, anytime.
How will we locate our driver after the flight arrives at the airport?
The driver will be holding a sign with your name on it, and he will meet you just outside the exit of the terminal building, so please look carefully for the sign with your name. The airport terminal can be very crowded. If, for some reason, you cannot locate your driver, please call us immediately at our US Phone at +1 954-536-2672 and local Phone at +52 984-129-3706.
What will happen if our flight gets delayed?
Don't worry; our company continuously verifies all incoming flights. So it does not matter how delayed your flight is or how early it is; there will be a driver waiting for you.
Can your office contact the driver while he is on service?
Yes, we can contact all drivers. They all carry a company mobile.
How long does the journey take from the Cancun international airport to my destination?
Forty-five minutes on average, for example: to Playa del Carmen 1 Hour, to Akumal 1 hour and half hours, to Tulum 2 hours.
Do your company offers other services different from airport trips?
We offer shopping trips, sightseeing tours, and hourly/daily hire.
